Katherine Rodriguez just launched her highly anticipated clothing line Blue Strips Clothing Brand. She has been designing for two years and finally this summer her full collection drops. Rodriguez is also a Latin singer, she sings Reggaeton and recently performed at The Miracle in Inglewood with 11eleven network.

Rodriguez has wanted to be a designer her entire life. She named her line Blue Strips after the 100 dollar bill. The first designs are all made with velour and ribbon. Velour fashion was made popular by JLO in the 90’s. Rodriguez is bringing back this fashion with a sexy twist.  Her designs can be purchased on

Since, Rodriguez is a single mother of a son and a survivor of domestic violence a percentage of her proceeds for towards victims of Domestic Violence.  “I really want to help and uplift women who have been through the pain of being abused by a man. I went through it and I feel for everyone who endures that. So a percentage of all my proceeds go toward domestic violence survivors,” said Rodriguez.

Rodriguez has already started to plan her next line, a denim velour line, which she anticipates dropping later this year right before the holidays.
