This April, the 9th Annual LA Get Down Festival returns to Greenway Court Theatre. It’s
a month-long celebration of Hip Hop and Spoken Word. Join us for a series of incredible
events including our Hip Hop Cipher with The Neighborhood Kids, our Opening
Ceremony headlined by Figgy Baby and workshops and showcases in collaboration
with such artists as Soulstuf, Matt Sedillo, and Gay Bones Productions. We will also
have a showing of Gia Scott-Heron’s acclaimed play Bluesology and the return of Gold
Standard from Palms Up Academy as well as the Inkslam Invitational brought to you by
