As we continue living in this new world with many restrictions it’s good to know there are still safe fun places to take the family this Summer 2020.

My family and I recently Travel, Wined and Dined to Catalina Island and it was fantastic. Catalina Island is one of California’s Channel Islands located southwest of Los Angeles and is known for its beautiful water and wildlife, dive sites, shops and many restaurants. The resort town of two harbors is on the North side of the island and the City of Avalon is on the South. Once on the Island there are many activities to do as well as renting a golf cart and taking a self guided tour of the Island. Hotels are beautiful, safe and very clean. We loved our mini vacation and the restaurants on the Island are delicious, seafood, Mexican, Italian they have it all. We Loved It!

The Catalina Express has round trips daily from Long Beach, San Pedro and Dana Point. The cost for a round trip fare is $75 for adults and $ 59 for children. Mask or face covering are required on board the vessel as well as at all public places on the Island. Have fun and be safe, bring your hand sanitizer and always wash your hands. Happy Sailing Summer 2020!
